Halloween Town is one of the 7 main towns and home to the Pumpking King Jack Skellington. In fanon, he was sent to prison by Oogie Boogie when he stole the town's beloved Orange Halloween Crystal. He had to free himself and the other prisoners to get the crystals back from Oogie.
