Groundhog Town

Groundhog Town is a place based on the real-life Groundhog Day celebrations. Its king is Punxsutawney Pete, who created the door, which is shaped like a groundhog. Pete was visited by Santa and Jack before the rise of Oogie Boogie, whom Pete fears the most.
